Voice dialogue
Is a new effective method to stress management, human relations and self-knowing, which was developed in the 1980s by the Ph.Ds in psychology Hal and Sidra Stone on the basis of their “Psychology of Aware Ego”
www.delos-inc.com. The special feature of Voice Dialogue is that the person learns to come into contact with the different parts of his/her personality, to hear clearly their messages, and to develop for himself a real psychological centre (Aware Ego). Through this centre the person is able to control and adjust the expression of his different parts and thus balance his/her life. Voice Dialogue came to Finland through professor Jukka Laitakari and therapist Tetra Frey-Laitakari, who have studied it abroad, among others under Hal and Sidra Stone.
They have trained over 10 qualified Voice Dialogue facilitators across Finland. In addition Dr. Judith Hendin has trained a few of them into Conscious Body facilitators, which is a special application of Voice Dialogue to work with bodily symptoms.
(See the facilitator list under page Ohjaajat eri paikkakunnilla).
